From repeated images to biological insight

Measure change.
Understand the trajectory.

A single image captures a moment. Repeated imaging can reveal when growth begins, how quickly it progresses, and how samples respond to treatments. Reduce repetitive handling so researchers can spend more time interpreting results and planning the next experiment.

01 / Acquire

Follow the same samples

Schedule repeat images of identified plates and retain sample IDs and acquisition times. Example studies include colony expansion, seedling growth, and visible treatment responses.

02 / Analyze

Turn pixels into measurements

Basic analysis uses thresholding to separate objects from the background, then measures object counts, projected area, and color features. Review the segmentation against the original image before interpreting measurements.

03 / Compare

Build a time series

Link measurements by sample and time to compare area trajectories, changes in object counts, or color shifts across treatments. Counts depend on separating objects; touching colonies may require more advanced segmentation.

These are example research workflows, not displayed performance data. Acquisition and agent interfaces are included with the robotic platform; analysis packages and experiment-specific development are scoped separately.
